Some fire trucks at the station carry ladders that extend up to 30 metres, while others carry ladders that only reach up to 15 metres. Lucas recently helped test the new Truck 7, which has a ladder that extends to 15 metres.

Lucas: Our fire trucks can't reach anything above 15 metres, so we'd need to call another station for any building taller than that.
